These Terms of Service govern the use of the public commercial website axiomcausal.com. They do not govern the commercial relationship between AxiomCausal and a client institution: that relationship is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement executed before any deployment.
These Terms apply to any visitor who accesses the website or any of its forms, including the procurement review form, the email verification flow, the client portal lookup, and the planned lead-magnet and discovery-call forms. They do not create a contractual relationship beyond the limited purpose of submitting a procurement inquiry and receiving a response.
Submitting a procurement request through the website does not create any binding commercial commitment on either side. A commercial engagement with AxiomCausal requires a signed Master Services Agreement, a signed Data Processing Agreement where applicable, and a completed onboarding qualification. Pricing published on the website is indicative; final pricing is set in the signed contract.
AxiomCausal does not offer a public trial, a sandbox, or a self-serve deployment of its decisioning software through the website. Access to the product is contingent on completion of the qualification and contracting process.
You agree not to: use the website for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to restricted parts of the site (including the internal admin interface); submit fraudulent or misleading information through the procurement form; use automated scripts to scrape or interact with the site beyond reasonable rate limits; or interfere with the normal operation of the site or the HQ isolated service.
All content on the website, including text, diagrams, screenshots, downloadable documents, and source code of the decisioning platform, is the intellectual property of AxiomCausal or its licensors. The Explicit Behavioral Constraint (EBC) framework described in our technical documentation is an original contribution of AxiomCausal. Nothing on this website grants a license to reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from the content beyond fair use for evaluation and citation purposes.
The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information on the site. Claims about the AxiomCausal platform are presented in the context of architectural and normative contributions; outcome-based claims require controlled field evaluation, which the public site does not substitute.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AxiomCausal shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from the use of or inability to use the website. Our total liability under these Terms is limited to zero, as no monetary consideration is exchanged for use of the website.
These Terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which AxiomCausal is registered. Any dispute arising from the use of the website shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction. Contact contact@axiomcausal.com for the current registered jurisdiction.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Revised Terms take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
